Shipping & Delivery

Luxe Haven Home works with third-party fulfillment partners who ship products directly to customers. Orders are shipped from China.

Processing: most orders are processed within 1–3 days; a small share take longer.

Delivery: delivery time depends on the product, shipping method, and destination, and is not guaranteed. No delivery date is promised for any product.

Shipping costs: the shipping options and charges for your order are shown at checkout.

Tracking: tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships. Some shipping methods may provide only partial tracking, or tracking may not be available for every destination.

Customs and import charges: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. For shipments sent delivery-duties-unpaid, the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes if the parcel is inspected.

Delivery delays: customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery. If your order is delayed, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate it.
