Returns & Refunds

Return requests: products may be returned within 30 days after receiving them, subject to the procedure below. Please contact us at moneshiyah@gmail.com first with your order number, the item, and the reason — and wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send a return to any address without authorization.

How returns work: all return requests are opened as a dispute with our fulfillment partner first. Returns go to our fulfillment partner's warehouses in China only.

Return shipping cost and time: return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be communicated before a return is authorized. Return shipping is not free, and international return transit can take three months or more, with a risk of loss or damage in transit. For lower-value items we may instead offer a partial refund and ask you to keep the item, or a resend, where that is the available resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos or videos. Badly damaged items may receive a full refund or replacement; partially damaged items may receive a partial refund or replacement, depending on the issue. Damaged-item requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
